I’m still waiting on my vehicle.. When I called In to make the appointment I made it clear that I needed the 7 pin adapter fixed on the vehicle that the dealership installed at purchase. I used the hitch/adapter 2 times since purchase and the (brakes and turn signal part of the adapter stopped working on my way back from Iowa causing a lot of problems to include not having brakes on the trailer.. Never the less, I told the rep. that the recall didn’t apply to the 7 pin only the 4 pin and I was told that no, it did and they were going to re-solder the connection and that “should fix the problem”. Needless to say, I got a text stating the vehicle was ready, hopped in an Uber from downtown headed that way, then received a call from the dealership stating that the recall didn’t apply and that it wasn’t repaired but the oil service and filter part was complete.. I am frustrated to say least and told the dealership that I wanted it fixed and was told it would be a few days for them to do diagnostics and they would get back to me. I have received no updates other than this request to see how satisfied I am with the service I’ve received and I can honestly say that I am far from satisfied!

This was the second appt. with a Planet Hyundai. First at the North Hyundai in Colorado Springs. They told me 1hr after they took me to the mall that they didn't even have the part and would need to reschedule. So, I came home to my own Planet Hyundai thinking this was my most reliable option. When I arrived I was told once again no part(Recalled part mind you). You were able to do an oil change, tire rotation and over all inspection. Thank you for that I do appreciate it.
Now I have to wait for the part and reschedule again. Third try! I wish I was told prior to driving 25mi. that the part was not in and I would could have reschedule before I drove to Golden. I did speak with Mitch who was apologetic and told me would work with me to make this easy as possible. Still, everything was handeled VERY unprofessionally.

Charged an hour labor to do a 10 min jod on a serpitin belt,servece rider called it a drive belt, took longer to get my car out of your service department 20 min after I paid. Not really impressed. Was told they were running car thru car wash. But you made great money. Car not washed. Manager gone for the day when I asked for one.

Frustrating to have an appointment time and my car wasn't seen until late the next day. It's very tough to not have a car and would appreciate being able to keep my car as long as possible. Also- basic communication was a challenge. No proactive updates from your team. I would call and be told things are "on schedule" ...on schedule for what?! Nobody has told me when my car is expected to be done. Even when I was told my car was ready, I arrived and had to wait an hour longer because apparently it wasn't ready. I understand you guys are busy, but basic communication would greatly improve your customer experience.

Every time I have been there, the experience is different. I was patient with the person in taking the vehicle because he seemed like he was new. I asked if tires would be rotated. He said yes. In the past, I have received a video of my vehicle from the technician with comments. In the past two years, I have only got a car wash once, yet it’s advertised with service. it would be nice to have consistent service and know what the expectations were when I was bringing my vehicle in. I had a 7 AM appointment and I got there at 6:50 and sat outside the doors. They opened at 7 and I went in and was told they would be with me shortly. No one was ready to work. The expectation is to be on time or early for appointments and it’s frustrating when you are and nobody helps you until after your appointment time. Looking at new vehicles and not sure Hyundai will be my next one. Customer service is an important consideration.
