Gustavo was great! And the service was timely! But I do have one complaint. I was given a checklist of all the things that were looked at on my car for the service appointment. There was a box checked, indicating that they had looked at the carpets being secured to the floor per the manufacturers instruction. The driver seat carpet is not secured down. It popped out of the connection a while ago and I have never been able to get them back on. I was happy to see that checkmark because that means they would’ve been fixed. But they weren’t fixed, the carpet was exactly the same. Nobody even looked at it. So that makes me think that the boxes were just checked to get it out of the way without really doing it. The guy who retrieved my car tried to help but he couldn’t get the carpet snapped on either. He apologized said he was sorry he couldn’t help me. I know it seems like a minor thing, and maybe it was an oversight, but don’t give me a paper with all these checked boxes when you aren’t really doing it! Thanks for listening!
