I have brought my Honda Accord in to be serviced through your shop since the day that I bought my car. There have been at least 3 instances now where the lug nuts are not tightened properly . In 2 instances one of the lugs nuts were so loose that you could spin them with your finger. Now each time i get my car serviced i bring it to my husbands work so he can check to make sure the lug nuts are properly tightened. Again they were not. They also noted that all the fluids were filled and no issues. When I got to my husband’s shop. There was a spot on the window, so I went to use the window washer fluid, and it was empty. My husband proceeded to fill it up and realized that there was a crack in the washer housing. This was not indicated on the sheet it was checked as being filled. I do not recall this previously being broken as i had just used it the day before. I am paying anywhere from $70-$90 for a service and having to take my car to be checked out after the service is unacceptable.

The technician told us he couldn't rotate our tires because the truck was too big too fit on the lift. We told him that when we bought the truck they put tires on it and had it on the left. He said he would have to check on it so our tires didn't get rotated.
