Blaine was very helpful and kept me updated and informed over the last month dealing with this issue. Extremely disappointed in the fact that she I arrived to pick the car up after a very expensive fix that it is still was not fixed. While I understand some parts may not be working appropriately, i would hope that the fix was looked at and tested prior to saying the car was fixed. Again thankful for Blaine and his assistance.

I’ve spoken to several people about my experience, but have been disregarded. We are tentative to return, which is unfortunate because we have two Toyotas and a Lexus. Moses Morgantown is our closest Toyota dealer and it would be nice to feel comfortable having service done there / buy vehicles there.
