The car was fixed as far as I know right now, but I tried calling 4 times. No one picked up the phone to answer any questions that I had.
When I approved the work to be done, I place questions in the comment section and no one contacted me. I sent a text message back on the same phone number that texted me. No one replied.
When I picked up the car, the person that checked me out was not able to answer the questions because he had not gone over the summary even after I asked.
He was able to give very poor reasons on why no one was able to contact me or answer the phones.

After I took the vehicle I purchased home, I realized it had no heat and the TPMS sensors would throw an error. I called and they were able to get me in to take a look at the car. They are going to be able to fix all the problems as soon as they get the parts that they need in. Overall my experience here has been great.
