My son brought our 2021 Tacoma in because of another oil leak. . This is after replacing the engine that took 3 weeks, get it back and a few days later leaking oil. Replaced the oil pan that took a week and when picking it up realizes it was still leaking and you kept it for another week. First 2 times you wouldn’t give him a loaner becaus he’s not 21. Now that he’s 21 he has told today as of Monday the policy change to 25 min age for a loaner. ????. Hopefully after 5 weeks, my having to incur expenses to get him a suitable vehicle to use while you try and fix the Tacoma, also paying my monthly payment this is all resolved. Not satisfied with Toyota of Morgantown and Toyota of Greenwich Ct where the vehicle was purchased and they worked on it 4 times as well.

It took over a hour and a half to get my oil changed and then I had to ask if it was done or was there a problem. I was told he got interrupted several times and want able to inform me that the car was done. Unacceptable. Pay more attention to customers that are in your waiting room

Rodney was great. I worked in service departments for years one thing I have noticed at multiple dealerships is the customer has to go find their vehicle when picking up. I originally had an appt on 11/15 and had to reschedule. I called in 7:40 am on 11/15 to reschedule and was told they had an opening on 11/16 at 1:30 so I took it. When showing up for my appt today they did not have me on their schedule. I told Rodney that was not my issue as I was told my appt had been rescheduled. He said that all scheduling is done through a call center and it has been an issue. He then asked if I was dropping it off or waiting. I stated I had to wait because I had no other vehicle so there was no other choice but to wait. He did make every effort to get me in for my service but advised again it could be a lengthy wait as they were backed up, again not my issue. It was my first service so it consisted of a tire rotation. When I got in my vehicle the heads up display was turned off and 3 out 4 tires were low on air. I would have thought that service means just that, you service the vehicle. Tire rotation, top off fluids and at least check to make sure tires had the correct pressure after rotating them. I have been a customer of University Toyota for a very long time. My family has purchased from the dealership on several occasions. We have 4 Toyotas in my immediate family currently and all have been serviced there and 2 were purchased there. I have never had issues under the care of University and really hope this is not the service as a new dealership owner that you will provide in the future.
