We had an appointment to pair a new key that was not delivered when we bought the car. They said the have the key and made an appointment to program it. When we got to the dealer they couldn’t find the blank key to program and we had to return home without getting the key after an hour of waste. We were supposed to get a call as soon as they have the key but it’s more than a week and we haven’t got the call.

Rodney Lambwrt discovered that my registration sticker on my license plate had expired. My registration was up to date because I knew I payed it online. Thanks to Rodney I left right after my appointment and went directly to the DmV and got a new stocker. I was very grateful that he noticed that the sticker was expired.

The service took over 1.5 hours for a tire rotation. I received the text notifying me that my vehicle service was complete at 8 a.m. the day after my service appointment. Who knows when it was complete but I feel I was not communicated with about the progress. I was notified the vehicle was being serviced by 1130 a.m. on 10-9. At 1245 someone came to get me and say it was finished. The message that the vehicle was finished with service arrived on 10-10 at 8 a.m. a full 19 hours after I left the dealership.

One of the items on the description of service was to reset the service reminder. That was not done and I had to drive back to Moses Toyota to have it reset, because I didn't want to see that reminder every time I get into my car and I didn't know how to reset it.
