Everything was great and everyone was kind and helpful. The only issue was that the mechanic got dirt all over the inside and outside of my car and left a lingering unfortunate odor in my vehicle. Everything else was great though!

did not listen to a single reason i brought my car in for the multipoint inspection, the most misogynistic group of BOYS i’ve ever encountered. Assumed i knew nothing but didn’t listen when i said i was concerned with the front left rotor. or the broken tire sensor wasn’t addressed. the video recording had absolutely no words and was half of a walk around. then proceeded to try to get me to pay for a break check when that’s not at all why i was there. such a waste of time considering im still having to take it other places now. i absolutely refuse to come back here and i would really like something done about rodney lambert, the attitude i got from the start was insane and my friend i had with me was shocked. truly so angering.

New brakes, rotors and shims were put on my Rav without my consent (another person authorized)and I was expected to pay. Then to top this off, I was charged 3% more because I used a credit card. No one from the management team even came to speak to me about Moses motors mistake. I don’t feel I should have had to pay for something I didn’t authorize. I plan on purchasing a new vehicle next year but I pretty sure it won’t from this place of business.

The attention to detail has me concerned about whether I want Moses Toyota servicing my vehicle. I am considering taking it to another Toyota dealership because of dissatisfied with my service. I’ve submitted three feedback things now about how disappointed I am and have not received any kind of follow up about what Moses Toyota is going to do to make sure the issues I’ve encountered do not happen again.

Car needs to be returned as clean as dropped off. Shop grease/grime on floor mat, door jam, and inside door panel (possible where a knee might hit. Car maintenance dash notification not reset.
Service was fast, staff were friendly and attentive. When I noted the car is usually turned back over dirty. Tyler walked out with me and did offer to take it over and clean. I declined but wanted to note it is something that needs improved upon.
Can you bring back car washes at time of service?

Came in for a tire rotation and recall inspection. When I left the service light was still on and 3 out of 4 tires had low psi. I doubt they looked at rear axle or anything else for that matter.

My concern has nothing to do with service I received today. It was fine. My issue is with the phone system to make an appointment. I called 4 times in one day to mke an appointment. Each time I was told I was being passed to service, waited online, no one ever picked up. Once I was told I’d get a call back within an hour. Never happene. Once I was told the person who answered the phone was walking down to service with a note that I was on the line. Line went dead. Finally got a call the next afternoon. For me to continue to come for service that needs to improve. It I already talked to the service person about this issue.

They left my window down and got dirt all over the inside of my door. They offered to clean it when I called about it but I didn’t end up having time to come back. The dirt was easy enough to get off but I don’t know how long my window was left down and someone easily could’ve gotten into my car because of that. The girl I spoke with was very apologetic and I did appreciate her response when I called.
