My four runner came in completely detailed and spotless. The mechanic who worked on my four runner obviously used his foot to push the door open and there was dusty grime in the floor and passenger seat. And I was handed the keys and told I was finished. I was given a receipt that showed I owed money which I do not owe because we purchased Toyota Care. Service man said to overlook the amount owed because I don’t owe anything. So why don’t the receipt state that? I went to the parking lot and had to hunt for the vehicle and had to go back in to ask for assistance in finding the four runner. Which was located on the other side of the parking lot. Ever since Moses took over none of my services have been put in the system because I continue to get emails stating my four runner is overdue for service and I have maintained the service on it. Was supposed to have key to make duplicate when I came in for service but it wasn’t ordered, who ever made my initial appointment had my service request not correct because I ask for oil change , tire rotation and key made, at first just oil change was done, I asked about tire rotation and it wasn’t done ,they took it back and did rotation, they did adjust price which was appreciated but I drove 1 1/2 hours to get this done and was very disappointed

I paid $500 for services including a multi point inspection. Less than 24 hours later my pressure light came on (one tire has a leak) which means they didn't check the tire pressure. They also lied on the inspection report for the front brakes. They reported 5mm which was in red and on the scale they said i was ok.

The tire and rim warranty was not useful to cover for the scratched rim. The wearing off bumper paint was noted as misuse by the car owner and Toyota morgantown did not agree to raise it with a concern note to Toyota International. I escalated the matter.

Took car to shop twice. First time, oil change was not completed, nor what was requested online/on the key drop form. TPMS warning kept coming up. Tires were only topped with air, system was not reset. Second time, oil change was completed, but again TPMS issue was not resolved. The warning came back on driving home from the shop. Paper indicates it was once again, only topped off with air and the sensor was not reset as requested.

7:30 appt. Never got a call so called to follow-up at 10am. Truck was not in shop yet. Was told people brought cars in that were "waiting" so we got them in first. Then asked when would you like to pick it up? Why have appointments if anyone waiting can get in in front of you. The appt. Is for the truck. I was the first person there this morning and didn't get truck back until after 12:00. Air pressure was wrong as well. Terrible experience.
