I have been working with University Toyota for years. I am driving my 5th Toyota Sienna. I have always had a good experience with the people in the Service Department, but chose Lucien when I was scheduling my online appointment on a whim. I will choose a different representative next time, as my service with Lucien was so bad that I am considering NEVER using University again! I was very specific in writing into the appointment WHAT I needed serviced and examined. I also went into great detail when I checked my van in, the day BEFORE my appointment. I left detailed notes, my insurance information, and my van registration for my State Inspection. I had to remind Lucien to do the Inspection. I asked them to look at my windshield wiper fluid device, because it IS working, but the spray is not as strong as it used to be and is pointing toward the passenger side. This problem started about 1 month ago and I have had this van since 2018. Lucien’s told me that it is working and working properly as designed. I asked him to have them spray it and look again, because the angle needs to be adjusted. He told me again, it is working the way it should be. I am on my 5th van of this same style and have been driving THIS van for 5 years. It is obvious to anyone riding in the van. Imagine the frustration when you are being blown off by someone that probably has less experience with this issue. I asked them to look at my tires, because I felt like it was time to replace the 4 run flats. Once again, I have been buying these tires since 2004 and am familiar with their price, pros & cons. I asked for a quote for All Season Run Flats. He didn’t give me a list of options, continued to mis-calculate the price. Didn’t offer any of the promotions, then tried to cover the promotional discount of the 4th tire, buy adding that calculation into extra labor. Once I was able to speak to him on the phone, we went round and round before we could agree on a tire and price, because he wouldn’t provide options and continued to get creative on how to charge me more. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had there. That guy needs training in products, customer service, and Toyota Vehicles. There are many Toyota Dealerships within 30 min of Morgantown. This arrogance and lack of quality customer service can be the ruin of your business. Your business lost my trust.

Your front service person was very Curt from the start. I could tell from the very beginning that the work on my car was going to be considered out of warranty. I felt like from the beginning he was blaming me for any of my car problems. Even before it was diagnosed! That was a very weird feeling.

Lucien was great. When I checked out, whoever his supervisor was in the back trying to give him a hard time about how he did his job probably should have saved that for when the customers were out of earshot or saved the private conversation for another time instead of reprimanding him publicly.
