The service and communication was great, when we got our vehicle back the drivers seat fabric had horrible body odor lingering to the fabric from the person working on it. We had a difficult time getting the foul smell out of the fabric. Please increase hygiene standards for those getting into customers vehicles.

This was my first appointment with Lucien. It was the first time I got greeted an did not feel like a bother. First time it took Uber 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He is polite kind an I was talking with a lady in the lobby while we waited an she said the same thing.
