This was my first time at this service department. When asking about why the app didn't specify what service I need (I thought I needed an oil change due to the symbol) I was told, "I am explaining what you need and the timeline." I had just come from doctors appointment and admittedly was disheveled. But there was lacking customer service and compassion.

It should not take 2 hours for an oil change. I was specifically told it would be less than an hour. I was late picking up my child. I hate to have them go get my car. My sticker wasn't changed, my car maintenance light wasn't reset and my tires were not filled with air. No one seemed to know what was happening with my car.

Shanelle was great. I had some issues with my vehicle registration which meant a state inspection could not be performed. The remainder of my required services were completed. I returned after resolving my registration issue. Shanelle snd Jeff Murray were very accommodating and had my state inspection completed in a short time even though the service department was very busy. I have dealt with University Motors for many years and thus type of service is one of the biggest reasons I will continue to do so.
