Rodney is great- treats us well (takes care of wife’s car and my car). My overall satisfaction with dealing with an Apple CarPlay system that crashes every day is poor. The crashing started in January. It has been evaluated 3 times during normal service visits. The first time I was told it was likely an old cable. That was curious, because I was using the new cable provided with the car. The second time it was evaluated I was told it might be my phone. I started using other phones in the family, and it continued crashing. The third time, I was told that there is a known software issue with Apple CarPlay. The solution proposed on my most recent paperwork was to avoid using Apple CarPlay, use Bluetooth instead, to avoid the crashes. Now I’ll reiterate that Rodney has been good to us, and his hands are tied, but this situation is poor. If you consider that I purchased a new car with Apple CarPlay, and the system has crashed for 9 of the 12 months of ownership, that should not be considered appropriate or acceptable. Thanks for your time.

The entire experience was great. I was late and they still greeted me with smiles and willingly accommodated me. They made me forget all of the bad things from earlier in the day. The play area, waiting rooms, and bathrooms were immaculately clean! They were the cleanest I have ever seen a public place. You couldn’t beat the price and they made me want to come back. My little boy already asked when we are going back to the car shop.

It took too long I had a 9 o’clock appointment. I showed up on time and it took them 2 1/2 to 3 hours to just change the oil and do a state inspection. This is not the first time this has happened it has taken an hour and a half to do an oil change before, this is way too long for a simple oil change when you have an appointment
