There have been several times in the past, not just this appointment, I have had a long wait for my car while it’s been serviced. I waited 2 hours for a routine 10,000 mile servicing appointment, making me late for my own job, despite making a 745am appointment. I reviewed more closely after the appointment the inspection sheet and it wasn’t marked down that the tire rotation was completed. I’m not sure if this was an error/forgivable mistake but now I’m not even sure if it was completed. Not sure if Rodney was just having a bad day or not but he was a little rude/short with me when I kindly checked on the status of my car at 950am when I was told it would be done by 930 in time for me to leave for work; he didn’t recognize me/asked me who I was with when he definitely should have recognized me from me dropping off my car and handing him my keys and the multiple times he has helped service my car(s) in the past. Overall, I have never been impressed with this Toyota servicing department.
