Gracen was awesome but due to circumstances that involved David in the financial dept responsible for my non/warranty coverage for the visit today - I'm not a happy customer. He/Toyota could have done much more to remedy the situation for a satisfied customer.

Took almost 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation.. complete waste of time and I dread coming here for that. Only reason why I had to come is to fix something and they couldn’t even do it and had to order the part with no ETA. Absolutely pathetic. Fix your atrocious wait times.. I can go to a 10 min oil change and tire rotation and be done than having to deal with this embarrassment.
