Nice guy. Was honest and stated they wait time would be about three hours due to the high volume of recalled vehicles. Actually it was a four hour wait. He directed me restaurants that were in walking distance.

I arrived for my 8:00 am appt. and was told (to my disatisfaction)that the service department did not have the parts necessary to fix the gas line issue. The service dept. notified me a few hours later that they had located parts to cpmplete the recall. At the end of the day, the recall was completed.
