I thought trying to sell me 300.00+ of services on a car with 15K was ridiculous and frankly insulting. One of the services recommended was the cabin air filter, which was replaced at 10K. When I pointed that out, I was told that the record of that “couldn’t be found”. I had to open my bank app and look up the date of service for him.
The other services recommended were windshield wiper replacement and an “air conditioning refresh”. At 15K???!! Please!!!!!!
I am considering switching to another dealer for service.
