Honestly, if you could please make sure Ceaser is no longer the service guy for my appointments there. I typically have poor experience with him. I don’t usually leave comments, but I frustrated with his unprofessional behavior. I don’t want to go through this again. I’ve had other service members who have made my experience just fine.
