Paperwork said that they test drove my car according to mileage on car they did not log 1 mile from drop off and pickup !!! So how did they test a turbo charged vehicle?!?!

I have always felt comfortable taking my vehicle to Strosnider’s. I purchased my Tahoe in 2017 and Jeremy has taken care of everything that I’ve ever needed since my first service visit. Jeremy is knowledgeable, courteous and like family to me. He explains the maintenance to me, follows up to make sure that I am satisfied and understand what he explains and even sat in the office with me when I purchased my extended warranty. He absolutely goes above and beyond! All of the staff is pleasant and helpful at the dealership and I plan to buy all my vehicles from Strosnider Chevrolet- the entire team is amazing- and to me, Jeremy is at the top of the list.

I call every day and no call back from the service writer. My truck was there for 5 days. I ended going by there on the 4 day. They called me when it was ready but did not check on the air bag that need service light
