Didn’t appreciate dropping my vehicle off for a 8:00 appointment that was made 2 weeks prior. Only to find out that my vehicle hadn’t been looked at by 3:00pm. So I then had to wait another 45 minutes for the vehicle to be worked on.

Very poor customer service I was just left confused .. I payed the 165 diagnostic fee .. but got no diagnostic sheet receipt of problems with the vehicle .. my air bag light still keeps coming on a Jeremy didn’t even say anything to me about it ….
