It was the worse service I have ever had. I had appointment at 10:00am Oct 25th for oil change & tire rotation. I did not leave until 2:00 that afternoon. People after me were done & leaving before me. I was told by you that even if my car was taken to the back at 10:15 that it is just parked in the back until they get to it. That means my car sat there for over 3 hrs. There was no reason I had to be there that long. What good is it to have an appointment. I pretty sure you don’t care if I come back or not. But I have had my say.
