I do not respect the fact that you all book so many vehicles for appointments at the same time causing ridiculously long service wait times. My appointment was this morning at 9. I was not checked out until after 1115. This is absurd for an oil change and tire rotation. What’s even more absurd is I SAW my vehicle sitting in a parking spot for over 20 minutes before I even went to question what was going on, after which I waited another 10 minutes. Your service representatives are slow in closing tickets and this creates a poor customer service experience.

I was scheduled for oil change appointment on Friday Sept. 20, 2024, @ 1:30p.m. I arrived @ 1:15p.m. & still waited for two hours & a half, before my vehicle was ready. No one came in the waiting area to say what was going on with my vehicle. I finally went out after 2 hrs. to check myself, & was told it would be another 30 minutes. It would have been polite for my service person, had come in the waiting area, & stated something, instead of me sitting & waiting. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if it’s still going to take this long. I was very disappointed.
