Understaffed and refused to follow up with requests for updates on my vehicle. But when I arrived at the dealership, the repairs were complete and the packet was on the bottom of the stack, giving the perception that it had been complete for quite some time. The receptionists commented on how busy they were, but when I arrived, there was no “line out the door” as she described. Nice people, but the refusal to return a call for the status of a vehicle from multiple employees was disappointing, especially when I was dependent on the shuttle services. I will not be coming back to this dealership. Shoddy customer service.
