I’m not sure why there are appointment times at Strosnider. I had a9 AM appointment. My first information contact was 10:30. An hour and a half I set in the waiting room for an inspection. Apparently a bad ball joint caused a failed inspection. OK fine but an hour and a half. This isn’t the first time. A few months ago I came in for an oil change, oh yeah, over three hours with an appointment. Stop making appointments! Just call it first come first serve and least there will be no expectations.

I think the service managers were doing the best they could, but I’m not 100% sure the work was done. The oil life monitor was not reset and there was no sticker in the window to show when the next oil change should be so I checked the oil myself and I didn’t look clean. Also, I can still smell coolant burning. I checked the coolant last night and it wasn’t filled to the line, I checked it again this morning and there was less coolant in it this morning than there was last night. I’m back to square one before I dropped the car off. One, it’s just a poorly made vehicle, two, the company knows that and just needs to fix the issues. I paid for the warranty and all the issues have been warranty issues. Thank God I didn’t have to pay for these covered issues, but there shouldn’t be this many issues.

Many thanks to Timothy Campbell and his crew for the repairs to my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck. Made it back home to Lebanon, TN with no problems. That's a 575 mile trip from Strosniders to Lebanon. The truck shifts fine and no air bag warning lights. Again, many thanks. David H
