David was great. I'm just disappointed in the cost for the service recommendations which isn't his fault...it's the dealership's fault and it's taking advantage and trying to rip off the client. It's outrageous to give an estimate of over $700,00 to replace spark plugs and put a bottle of engine treatment in the gas tank Good thing I know better. The service e techs also left a roll of electrical tape under the hood which God knows could have done something bad and is sloppy work.

Keyes told me service was complimentary because of manufacturing defections then when I went to pick up the car they attacked me and forced me to pay. This was a violent experience.

as I mentioned it is mot battery it is car, I today you and previous rep Sam that I need to drive one hour every other day on freeway or car will not start without a jump. I believe you and your associates tried and failed to correct.
