I’ve been coming to Keyes Toyota since 2004. My experience with Keyes service department during all those years has exceeded my expectations. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Mr. Paolo Iberra who was exceptional. He made me feel comfortable immediately with what I should expect from my service. My previous advisor was Sam Nejad who is no longer there. Mr. Iberra made me feel like I was still a member of the Keyes Family. The only difference this time was I was net met by the Service Manager when I picked up the car as I had been in all my previous years of coming there. The service manager would always ask if I was satisfied and made sure the service was performed to my expectations. It was that personal touch that always made me feel that Keyes really cared. I realize my concern is small but it went a long way towards what I always thought Keyes was about. Thank you
