Made an appointment to remedy the safety recall I received. When making the appointment, I let them know the exact safety remedy needed. I took the afternoon off of work to drop my car off and inconvenienced someone(who also took time off work!!!!) to make sure I had a ride home. I get a call later saying they didn’t have the parts available. Very disappointed there’s not a better system in place to make sure that they knew they had the parts before I took time off work. When I went to pick up my car, I didn’t receive an apology or explanation. I was told my car would be driven to the front near me but no one came and I had to go seek someone out to get my car keys even though I could see the car parked near where I was standing. Super disappointed in this. Brent was the only person I had a good experience with as I know it wasn’t his fault.
