I am very upset with Giovani and Keyes. My 16 year old son, a brand new driver, came to the dealership for his first time ever to get his car smog checked and Giovani was rude to him and to me when I called for a status check. He neglected to contact me or my son when the car was ready via phone or call even though my son was waiting in the lobby of the dealership for 2 plus hours. He walked by him several times but never told him he had texted for the car and no one replied. He did not call me even an hour later to tell me it was ready. I never received an email, text nor call the car was ready. We are long time clients and I sent my son to Keyes even though it was the more expensive option because I thought he would be well taken care of for his first visit. I am beyond disappointed.

While the service provided was fine, it was impossible for me to make an appointment. Listed numbers did not work. Other numbers were not answered. A request for a callback was ignored. I finally had to bring my car in on an emergency basis. Not good.
