The advisor was not good . I called three times and he said he will call me back but did not call back yesterday. Also I requested a tental car before I knew it will take more than one allay he says it can be done in one day . That's why I had took the uber to go to office yesterday , to day too because car is not ready yet. He is very unprofessional . I have been keys for last 4 years but this I m very upset about the service and the advisor professionally. He is not capable of doing his job , not helping and give accurate information to the customer.

I took the car with an issue with key fob start stop.
The car had an option to start the car and recently for some reason the remote start stopped working.
Service adviser gave me the print out on which they wrote that the car doesn’t have key fob remote start function.
I would say that this kind of people make bad reputation on this kind of dealerships.
