I was told my service would be 1.5 hours, so I decided to wait at the dealership. After just one hour, my car was brought out front and parked with the cars that were finished being serviced. I sat there and stared at my parked, finished car for an hour. I went in and spoke to the cashier twice and spoke with Bo once and was told they were waiting for paperwork. It took an hour and half for the paper work to go through AFTER my car was done (so longer for paperwork than the actual service). When I looked at my paperwork after checking out, it was noted that my air filter needed to be changed (marked red in the required column). But no one came and asked me if I wanted this done today while I had my car there. I’ve had Toyotas for 30 years and I have always received a call if they had suggestions of things that needed to be done to see if I wanted to have it done that day. Definitely a disappointing experience today.

I arrived at 8:04 for my 8:15 appointment. Was checked it quickly, then asked to wait in my truck until someone would recheck me in? Almost 30 minutes later I was still sitting I contacted. The manager did come and apologize, which I did appreciate. Additionally, I think customers should be occasionally informed on vehicle progress. I was there over 6 hours with no interaction from the team.

I wasn’t completely satisfied but it wasn’t necessarily yes or no answer. Here are a couple of comments: - bring back offering rides home. That was a deal changer for me - the report I got has some red marks bit I got no explanation at all and no feedback what I need to do to correct them. That’s a miss.
