I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication. I dropped off my car for 70k maintenance at 11am and was told the wait would be about 2 hours. I called to check in 2.5hrs after drop off and didn’t receive a call back until after the 3hr mark. I missed the call by a minute and immediately called back several times but did not get a hold of David until 3.5hrs after drop off and was told that there were 2 suggested maintenance items. At that point, I could not spare another 2-4 hours and lack of communication. IF I return, I will need a more proactive service advisor.
