I waited to speak with the service manager, Mr. Neal Goldman, and was unable to talk to him. He wasn’t in his office, he was busy doing something. I wanted to convey my disappointment, with the service writers lack of communication skills with me at the end of the service. My car was parked with the service completed, I don’t know how long it had been sitting out in front. He had told me it would take approximately two hours. I went out to talk to Jesus Gonzalez and he said he was busy and he would get right back with me and that my car was ready. I stood waiting next to the cashiers 25 minutes for him to return. Only to get a phone call from Keith leaving a voicemail my car was ready. I have been a customer with Toyota for 27 years owning four Toyota’s serviced with Toyota since 1998. Never have I experienced such poor customer relations from a service writer. It is insulting to not have the service writer ‘close the deal’ thank me for bringing my business to them. It takes only two minutes to walk over to me and say thank you. All in all I must’ve been there almost 3 hours.

Paolo has terrible customer service, a bad attitude, and didn’t try to help me solve my problem. He just tried to get away and say it’s not his issue. I won’t go back here if he won’t admit his mistakes. On the other hand, Neal was great and very polite. He investigated my issue and, even though he couldn’t solve it right away, offered solutions and followed up. Great service.
