Thank you very much for the excellent service of David Parada , who has solved the long time problem of my trunk ever since I bought it. This is my 4th car all new, except for this car in Toyota .which I regretted to have bought a used car. The tires were not new, & needed replacement until now , the battery did not last for 3 years, I presume its still under warranty but I approached a wrong person in Toyota & told me to buy a new one, I was devastated. Only Mr Parada, satisfactorily answered my problem of my car, Toyota Corolla , IM . He is of great help & does not take advantage of his costumers who are not knowledgeable about car defects like me.That’s honesty .Thank you Toyota for having Mr Parada as one of your employees..More power to your company!!! & GOD BLESS !!!

nit kadt Toyota.Sometimes I lost my patience in opening it . Mr. Parada is very accomodating & friendly explaining the details of the job ,how long will it take for the spare parts has to be ordered yet .

Took way too long on both sides - drop off and pick up. And I got upsold on a package in a way that felt a bit pushy. When I expressed frustration at payment desk I got literally zero response. Just ignored me / not even a “I’m sorry to hear that.” It was a baffling experience and made me really want to avoid going again… except now I have a package I’m stuck using. Great.

Devon was great. Mechanic didn't check cabin air filter even though I asked them too and it said on paperwork that it was checked. When I checked it myself, it was filthy and had a hole in it. Never received multi point inspection results. I doubt it was done. I asked to have my tires rotated in X pattern which they said after my truck oil change was done that they couldn't do it because 1 lug nut was swollen. They should have called me and asked if to fix it. Instead the mechanic rotated only the left side tires. Not the way I asked.v at that point I didn't trust anything the mechanic did so the next morning I opened the good to see if the oil was even changed and I doing the dipstick sticking out over a foot. The plastic skirt was missing 3 bolts holding it to the metal skid plate.
