I came only for tire rotation. Got unnecessary inspection which did not discover anything useful because it was done by inexperienced technician. Wrong Oil was added and overfilled to boot. It was waste if my time because I had to come back for another oil change with my own oil. I also lost a bottle of the oil additive because of that. So it cost me more than $40 for something that supposed to be free.

Mr David Prada was extremely helpful knowledgeable patient with us there was not a question he could not answer and explain it in a way we can understand on our repairs for our Toyota 2019 chr and how important it is to have regular maintenance and how it affects the car for example not using the right octane of gas Mr David Prada explain that it can clog up the fuel system line which that's one of the problems that we have and the reason the sway bar on both sides of the front had to be replaced and how dangerous it was why that item needs to be replaced and he was very fast and communicated and called us we never had to wait for a phone call with updates from Mr David Prada thanks to Mr David Prada the car is running beautifully and smoothly as it should we love our Toyota do appreciate the service at keys Toyota in Van Nuys

2 hours plus wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive. Why even have appointments when I can take my car anywhere and have the same service done in less than an hour maximum.
I wish I hadn’t signed up for Toyota service because it means I’ll be returning twice more for this same service. Again why take appointments and why ask at that time if you are waiting for the vehicle. I told them I was waiting for it when I made the appointment and then again when asked at the time I brought the vehicle in.
Also, why does it say on everything I filled out when purchasing the service and on the mailings complimentary car wash if you don’t do that. The mailings has Keyes on everything coupon including the car wash coupon. If the car wash very clean after 2 hours I would think that’s why it took so long.

I am very upset. I made an appointment today for 11am. To get my car diagnosed (the screen was going off and on , on my Highlander. My husband took my car he waited until 3pm . 4 hours. For the guys just to tell him the screen needed to get replaced. They didn’t tell him to make another appointment or anything. I bought warranty for the electrical part of my car since I just got it certified pre owned in March this year, they didnt tell him if it was covered . I am very disappointed my car is only 3 years old. I hope when I go back if I do I don’t have wait 4 hours & something gets done.
