Service advisor did not notify me prior to check out there was item that needed to be replaced. I found out through reviewing the service report after the fact.
This is the second negative service experience with Lithia in particular after being a customer of Keyes since 2006.
Looking to move everything over to a different Toyota dealership going forward.

Brought my car for service the first time.
Even though I had an appointment it took 15-20 minutes to be able to leave my car. My complimentary multi inspection went fine but got recommendation to replace cabin air filter. I didn’t approve because I couldn’t get answer to my texts and the invoice was overpriced. They gave me a charge of $143.31 when it should have been $93.31. ($50 labor, $35 parts and $3.32 tax). Even the cashier agreed that the amount charged was not correct. I only had the 5,000 mile complimentary service but seeing extra charge for something that may be needed kept me wondering
