Neal absolutely went above & beyond to resolve a servicing mistake - I am so grateful for the complimentary interior & exterior car detailing!
He turned what would have been a negative experience into a very positive one so I plan to use Keyes Toyota as my servicing place moving forward!
Neal has also been very helpful in providing complimentary Uber rides so I can pick up my car & accommodating after-hours pickup which I really appreciate as a busy professional since I can’t make it out of work by 5pm!
Neal is also very quick to respond to texts & phone calls which is rare from service places in my experience.
