Couple of issues particularly on this visit.
1. I was texted a number to call in case I had questions, issues or needed an update. I called multiple times with no answer and left a voice mail which I never got a call back.
2. Made multiple calls (5) to service department and no one answered.
Normally had good experience but this time I felt no one cared. Will go somewhere else for my future 5k services after this.
