Why does my car still say ttime for maintenance. After spending time waiting and spending over $500 was my car looked at?

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation- I was told I needed new control arms. I went ahead and did that for $2,000.00. Afterwards, my car started making crazy noises under the car. I brought it back in and they discovered that one of the arms was put in incorrectly. (Under torqued they said) I hope to god there wasn’t any damage done to the car from driving it like that for 5 days. I was offered no apology and no compensation- not even a free oil change. Really?

Ruby was a breath of fresh air. Sh saw that I needed help and she jumped right in and made everything right. She made me feel like she cared and made my frustration melt away. Originally, I had been working with Giovanni and was very dissatisfied with his lack of concern or care for my issue. He wanted to keep my car for days and let me know when I could pick it up. He said parts needed to be ordered and all the techs were sick with Covid. I offered to come back another time and he responded that they’re always busy - there are no better times. I was there with an appointment. Basically he was full of excuses. I had a broken door handle. The part was in stock. I went to parts myself and bought the part. I went back to my car and Giovanni had vanished. Ruby saw me looking for him and took over. My car was ready in an hour. Ruby is a gift. If not for Ruby, you would have lost a customer today.
