I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. When I inquired about the length of time. The female receptionist lied and said the oil change takes 2 hours, which I know is a lie because I have been servicing my car there since I bought it, and the longest it ever took was 40 minutes they damaged my passenger tire. I missed my scheduled appointment.Also,when I paid for the service I had to ask the cashier for my change. After receiving such service I am considering finding service somewhere else.

I feel the Service to my car was done with satisfactory. The problem is the warranty that is on my car but does not seem to be in the computer. This the second time I had to show paperwork that indicate I have full warranty coverage. I hope that is something that will be resolved when with my next service. Thank you
