Appt was 1:30. I walked out at 4;05. The car was parked behind a larger car and i couldn’t see it. I asked the mechanics in the garage (bay door was open) to help me find it, they shut the door in my face. My daughter and I found it by walking around the lot hitting the lock button on the key fob. I think my car is ready to be serviced by local garage.

The person who reinstalled my center caps used a hammer and dented all 4 center caps. This is the second time this has happened. My wife picked up the vehicle and of course didn’t check them before she left. I will need to speak to the service manager as soon as possible. I know it is after hours on Friday and the service dept it probably closed Monday for the holiday. I would like the service manager to please call me Tuesday morning on my cell ****-****-xxxx.
