It use to be when I had a scheduled appointment, my vehicle was taken and serviced almost immediately. Now a scheduled appointment means nothing. The wait time is 2 to 3 hours. I drive from Beckley to Princeton because I use to have timely service. I’m not sure if I will continue driving this distance knowing it’s a day trip when I can go to L & S in Beckley.
