I am satisfied with Dave’s service, however I went to drop my vehicle off the night before and arrived before service closed at 6pm and was told to use the drop box. I was not familiar with where the drop box was located and walked around for a few minutes before a mechanic guided and assisted me. The other service rep could have easily checked me (as I arrived well before the 6pm close) in in preparation for my appointment the next day or at a minimum guided me to the drop box.

I am always upset when free turns out no to be free. The original writeup indicated that shop fees were $0, yet when I received the final invoice I was presented with a $4.00 shop fee. This was a safety inspection only. What happened, did the technician wash his hands after he inspected the car and I was charged for the soap, water, and paper towels. Sheesh! Bogus. Gene Pieszak
