I took my car for inspection in October they never told me that I needed new tires so I just took it in today for a routine oil change and tire rotation when they told me I needed to purchase two tires for the front of my vehicle to get through the winter I told the service person that I have just there and October and they never said anything about me needing to get tires that I was just there today for an oil change and tire rotation so I ended up getting two new tires on the front of my car along with an alignment and tire rotation and oil change which cost me way more than I had planned on I was not happy with this they should have told me in October my service advisor Michael was not cordial he had a very unpleasant attitude making my visit even more unpleasant so I'm not very happy with today's visit with Jim Shorkey never had a problem in the past don't understand why I'm having trouble with them now hopefully in the future I will have better service

The oil change/ tire rotation appointment was scheduled for 12:15. When I arrived, I was told there were call offs that meant they were running late. As a result, the oil change wasn’t completed until 4:00. To make matters worse, I was told only once arriving today that the repair for a recall could be completed but would take another 4 hours— so I drove an hour each way and sat/ walked where I could for 4 hours anyway but will have to turn around and repeat this ordeal again in a week. If I had been told as soon as the recall repair was available this could have been scheduled/ planned differently. In addition, I was asked when scheduling the appointment whether I would be “staying or leaving the car”— implying that there would be some efficiency when I said stay. As soon as you found out you were severely short staffed you should have offered courtesy calls to suggest rescheduling. Instead, I lost my entire holiday day off— and a day that I had promised to do special holiday decorating with my 3 little kids— to sitting in your waiting room. Deeply aggravating and a poor reflection on Jim Shorkey.
