We showed up today to pick up my car. Our “ advisor’” did not show up. We asked if after 30 minutes of waiting if we could have another advisor and we were told that we could not. We left for an hour and returned to no advisor ( Mike) and waited awhile and insisted on help from someone else. The service at Shorkeys has not met our expectations. We will be reluctant to deal with this dealership again.
I would be reluctant to buy another car from Shorkey.

On the inspection report, there was no second page. No evaluation of my car’s tires, brakes, etc. Also, there were no suggestions of maintenance services from Mr. Kordell that would keep my car running.

When I arrived … I was told I didn’t have an appointment and they couldn’t help me. It was a female i spoke to both times on the phone. 1st call was for regular maintenance. Second call a couple days later was to ad a new tire for I did get a flat. I went through my phone and showed the not one call but 2 calls pertaining to appointments.
Issue …. At first I was made to feel … like I was lying.
I also own a person pleasing business. May I suggest some customer service breifing for your staff.
