Bailey was very professional and handled what I needed. Explained to me what is recommended and I declined didn’t try to oversell me which I like. Great guy.
My car was in your possession for 14 days. I don’t feel the repair specialist was very helpfully with keeping me informed on the progress. At one point he informed me that he is unable to repair the car and will need to return it unrepaired. I have never heard of a situation that a dealers service would be unable to make a repair under warranty. He said I would need to call other dealers as each is independently owned and he won’t be able to refer me to a different dealer. It ended up that he was able to repair and on day six I received a loaner which was a gas vehicle. He mentioned to make sure I’ll bring it back with a full tank. I said that I feel that VW should be able to afford a tank of gas since they are not providing an electric vehicle. Regardless, I brought the loaner back with a full tank just to find my car had only 40% battery. It was in your garage for two weeks and no one bothered to charge it for me. It was returned dirty with some papers left behind by the mechanic. The old standards of a customer service are long gone.
In case like this, I would have my car returned to me clean and charged.
One more thought. The moment I walked the service department, I saw three people who gave me a vibe that they hate to be there.
Short on conversation, sarcastic and not inviting.
You can call me if you want to discuss anything about this survey, but it nothing be re-done to fix it any more.

I was very satisfied with Bailey Sickesteel as my service technician. As I mentioned earlier, the only thing I was dissatisfied with was the price. Just seemed a bit expensive for a vacuum leak and line replacement. To be very honest, I took my car to my other mechanic in Riverside and could have saved over $400 dollars. I guess that's my fault. Bailey was great.

They told me that my car has a problem with the internal cables and that I have to pay $900, but I told them that this is a problem with the car, it is not a problem that I caused, so I did not want to pay that amount and they did not fix it for me.

Unfortunately the wait was too long for an oil change (2.5 hours) as well as I was disappointed to hear that there are no drop off service for oil changes/standard maintenance. I have dealt with other dealership where the dealership will pick up your car do the service and drop it off. I suggest looking into making the service experience more convenient.
