He had the wrong customer data. So he sent my text message with what needed to be addressed with my car to another customer then tried to cover it up. He then came to the service lobby with an old report from my car from this summer and then told me: these are the things that need to be done on your car- but it was just a reprint of my last service which was many months ago since my last oil change was with Acura Austin. Just all together not a good visit. Especially, since the day before I had spent time speaking to the service manager finding out if my car had warranty left in it anymore so I could just start servicing it at a local oil changing shop.

The maintenance and interaction were all great, but we got stuck waiting for > 30 minutes at the outdoor mall up the street for our shuttle to come get us. Additionally, our previous Acura dealership in Boston MA would wash our car for us afterwards and that didn’t occur here which was a little disappointing. Overall it was a good experience though.
