I was a little uncomfortable after my service because in the back of vehicle there is a compartment where I have tools, an extra jacket, etc. This has been opened and then left opened. I’m not sure this was necessary for the service to be completed. I also didn’t receive my checklist that I normally do when I have my oil changed, my service rep did assure me that everything was fine. One more thing, my vehicle is usually washed when I pick it up, this time it was not, no explanation. The team there is always helpful and courteous.
