I was disappointed that I had to wait one hour for the shuttle. Also, the shuttle wasn’t very clean inside. I previously had an Acura and never had to wait long for the shuttle. At Acura the shuttle was a clean Acura vehicle. I thought I upgraded when I bought a Lexus, but I didn’t feel that way when I waited for and took the shuttle back to work.

The young lady attempted to give me her best service. As I got there at 0715,I was not helped until 0740, my appointment was 0730. Then I waited for over 1hr to use your shuttle service. I approached the driver (a young lady) who was texting in the vehicle if she was going to drive
us, she replied with once I go forward then I'll
look at the list and I take 5 people at a time. The service for my vehicle took 6hrs. According to ther service lady, I wouldn't get a loaner until the diagnosis was completed. In my opinion that's very good service.
