I had a scheduled appointment at 0745. Sat in your waiting area for two and a half hours. I was told my vehicle would be ready no longer than 15 minutes. I was notified exactly when my hood was open and yes it only took 20 minutes. So I don’t know why it took so long.

Mr. Gonzalez is very reliable and caring . He answers all phone calls within a good time frame . He does not put me off. I can text him if need be. He answers my questions. I hate going through the answering service. The people that make appointments ya don’t know I am at the facility after speaking with my service manager ……. I hate dealing with them. All they have to do is look in the Lexus waiting room to see who is there rather than calling you over and over looking for you.Mr. Gonzalez is wonderful and I am pleased he took care of me.

4 hours is too long to wait for an oil change and alignment. Then I had freeway trafic to face on my 45 minute drive home. I am 78 years old so I was rather tired. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs to service.
