I was not happy about the expensive total for the service done to the car. I have been out of work since June and just start got a new job in this January. I appreciate the discount but my single parent/entry level paycheck cannot pay for this unexpected expense. Mr. Hector was great. After being snubbed and rudely dismissed by someone else, Mr. Pasillas approached me with a smile and listening concern. He helped me reset myself after being triggered to a Livid response from being treated so callously by the other person.

Fernando was my service advisor when I dropped my car off. He sounded very sick so he wasn’t there next day when it was ready. I was given a quote of $800.00 & when I went to pay it had increased to over $1,000.00. I had to call the svc dept 3 times before they picked me up. I asked to talk to the svc mgr but he never returned my call & was never at his office. The service was bad starting with the girl answering the phone. If it wasn’t for Fernando I wouldn’t do business there. I did get a 10 percent discount after I complained.
